Explosion-proof Sewage Grinder Pump

This sewage grinder pump has a precision cast stainless steel casing with corrosion resistance, eco-friendliness, high head, and large flow rate; it uses double-sided fluororubber mechanical seals in the oil chamber and single-sided fluororubber oil seals in the outer chamber to prevent water ingress, features a motor with high-temperature resistant Class F insulated wires and thermal protection for extended service life, offers customized agitator (synchronous rotation for sediment blending) or cutter (shredding debris like fibers and plastics) assemblies, and meets Ex db IIB T4 Gb explosion-proof standard.

Uses and Characteristics

Suitable for buildings, hospitals, residential buildings, municipal engineering, road construction, factory sewage discharge, aquaculture, pharmaceutical, beverage, seawater and brine, as well as wastewater and sewage containing solid particles and long fibers in general corrosive media.

Conditions of Use

1. Medium temperature shall not exceed +40°C
2. The pH value of the medium ranges from 2 to 12
3. Maximum medium density: 1050kg/m³
4. Power frequency: 50Hz; single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V; voltage fluctuation within 0.9–1.1 times the rated value
5. Submersion depth ≤5m
